Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Field-based

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team at Service Innovation Group UK. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting our client's services to retailers across a designated territory, building positive relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers to achieve our client's objectives.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with store staff to promote our client's services and manage objections.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell and promote the key features and benefits of our client's services, manage objections, and secure agreement to accept.
  • Terminal Tests: Complete terminal tests to ensure retailers can accept payment.
  • Point-of-Sale Display: Ensure all point-of-sale items are effectively displayed to maximize consumer brand awareness.
  • Seasonal Promotions: Activate seasonal promotional campaigns by securing retailer support.
  • Performance Targets: Work to agreed targets and KPIs set by Service Innovation Group UK, driving personal and team performance.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to change and react to short-term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively.
  • Team Meetings: Attend national team meetings and local field accompaniments as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience working within retail environments or managing a territory across multiple locations is beneficial but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Highly effective verbal communicator with a proven track record of building relationships and communicating at multiple levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Competent in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Databases).
  • Time Management: Able to manage your own time effectively and be a self-starter.
  • Prioritization: Ability to prioritize work effectively to meet different business requirements.
  • Teamwork: Works well in a team and provides support to others.
  • Business Development: Business development skills and sales experience.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills, with an acute eye for detail.
  • Initiative and Results: Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
  • Driver's License: Full UK driver's license (must have a full driving license).
