Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of high-end residential developments, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the construction process, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of site staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure that all work meets the required standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and safety records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • SMSTS certification.
