Event Preparation Specialist

Eclipse Global is a leading live event production company that creates unforgettable experiences for clients through innovative audio-visual solutions.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Event Preparation Specialist to join our team and help streamline our event preparation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with set and staging preparation for live events installations, including covering and preparation of panels, basic stock control, and workshop maintenance.
  • Load and unload vehicles, stripping items down to their storage place and marking panels with brand, details, and size.
  • Perform basic painting and carpentry tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of experienced carpenters in the busy Scenic workshop.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity within the conference and exhibition or creative industries is preferred, but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
