Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a commercial property setting.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
