About the Role

As a commercial solicitor, you will work on a diverse range of commercial contracts and advise clients on outsourcing, franchising, intellectual property, IT, and data protection matters. You will partner closely with clients across various sectors, including:

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you should be a commercial lawyer with 2+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE). You will have gained a broad range of experience and be a good team player. You will be able to:

  • Work on outsourcing, franchising, and intellectual property matters
  • Provide guidance on IT and data protection issues
