Absolutely Executive Search is partnering with a well-established Accountancy Practice in Maidstone to find a Corporate Tax Manager to join their expanding team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Tax Partners to manage a corporate tax portfolio consisting of quoted groups, family businesses, and smaller entrepreneurial ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong tax relationships with clients in the portfolio.
- Oversee and manage the corporate tax compliance cycle for clients.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients and contacts.
- Manage risk in all interactions with clients.
- Take responsibility for all tax work on the client portfolio.
- Develop, mentor, and coach junior team members.
Requirements:
- ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification.
- Good working knowledge of corporate tax and accounting on compliance and advisory projects.
- Proven track record of developing, coaching, and mentoring a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A good record of developing new work.
