We are seeking a Senior Web Manager to join our team in Liverpool, covering maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fantastic employer and be part of a number of projects.

As a Senior Web Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our digital presence aligns with our revamped brand identity, offering an engaging and seamless online experience.

You will manage a team of 2, working closely with the wider Marketing and Comms team, and have the opportunity to make a big difference during this exciting period.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring digital presence aligns with brand identity
  • Managing day-to-day maintenance of existing website
  • Delivering new website rebuild in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Managing web team and overseeing deliverables
  • Developing and executing robust UAT plans
  • Developing and maintaining website via CMS
  • Acting as web custodian and managing website permissions
  • Overseeing web service and support requests
  • Ownership of website and working with stakeholders to maintain functionality and UX
  • Collaborating with BD&M team on projects
  • Overseeing website data collection and compliance

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience managing and developing websites
  • Working with Drupal and Umbraco
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4
  • Project management experience
  • Experience managing 3rd party agency relationships
  • A minimum of 3 years website management experience
  • Working knowledge of SEO
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Flexibility in approach and willingness to work outside normal office hours

Desirable qualifications include CIM or IDM certification.
