- Be flexible, forward-thinking, and able to work effectively within a changing and dynamic environment.
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration.
- Education to/working towards/operating at Degree Level.
- Postgraduate expertise within specialty/area of practice that demonstrates the required breadth of knowledge to lead safely, effectively, and efficiently.
