Job Title: Lead Technical Integration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Integration Engineer to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our Digital Media Solutions practice, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with global teams to provide technical consulting, advanced troubleshooting, and subject matter expertise for both third-party and Epsilon's proprietary ad server platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Epsilon Engineering teams to gain a deep understanding of the system and tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Work closely with Operations, Platform, and Engineering teams to drive platform enhancements and foster innovation.
  • Lead a local team and mentor international Integration Engineers, guiding them through strategic initiatives and ensuring successful project deliveries.
  • Provide escalation support to troubleshoot 3rd party discrepancy investigations, ad rendering issues, delivery issues, and website tagging issues.
  • Manage and mentor a regional team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of their output while serving as the primary point of escalation.
  • Train and communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical multinational audiences.
  • Establish and document best practices for Operations teams and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with an innate sense of urgency to accomplish tasks promptly while maintaining high standards.
  • Strong command of SQL is a prerequisite.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and Python, with demonstrated development experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills, adept at researching and resolving complex and unknown issues effectively.
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts and tools such as Chrome Debugger and HTTP Proxy applications such as Charles/Fiddler Proxy.
  • Experience with Docker or similar container technologies is preferred.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git, command line tools, and CI/CD pipelines such as Bamboo is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mobile application development (iOS, Android) is preferred.
  • Exposure to industry tag managers such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe, Ensighten, etc. is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of the digital / display advertising ecosystem and hands-on experience with industry platforms such as CM360/Google Ads, Sizmek, Flashtalking, Neustar, IAS, etc., is preferred but not required.
