We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, polymer science, or materials science, with a proven track record of performing a range of testing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis and testing of raw materials, in-process, and final products.
- Evaluate analytical data to identify deviations in product quality.
- Ensure accurate validation of analytical data.
- Characterise and investigate any non-conformances.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain a range of equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous industrial experience as a technician or analyst within manufacturing.
- Previous experience of working in a time-critical manufacturing environment would be highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001.
- Degree educated in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or a similar subject.
We offer a competitive salary and a shift pattern of 3 shifts on, 3 days off followed by a further 16 days break. This will be on a rotating shift pattern with nights incorporated.
