Casual Restaurant & Hospitality Team Member

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic team member to join our Catering team at Arena Racing Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Be knowledgeable about all products and services offered, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the venue.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Follow all licensing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, using the prescribed Racecourse procedure.
  • Handle stock and equipment securely, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use.
  • Act as a point of contact for guests, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Record and manage waste, adhering to venue procedures and recycling initiatives.
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures, undertaking reasonable duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Be smart, polite, and professional at all times, with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with a passion for quality service and standards.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly, confident, and outgoing demeanor.
  • Display strong numerical and literacy skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Work with honesty and integrity, upholding the values of Arena Racing Company.
