Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective budgeting and forecasting while supporting business planning through comprehensive data analysis and market insights.
- Develop, monitor, and refine sales and pricing strategies based on sound commercial judgment and thorough analysis to ensure revenue growth targets are met.
- Ensure professional and efficient use of all systems in accordance with the company's revenue management practices.
- Conduct thorough information gathering and analysis to identify and capitalize on potential opportunities while minimizing risks.
- Engage proactively with hotel teams and senior leadership in all revenue-related decisions, maintaining regular communication to effectively implement optimal strategies and controls.
- Inspire, train, and mentor hotel team members to achieve peak performance.
- Drive incremental EBITDA, RevPAR, total revenue, and fair market share performance.
- Maintain high-quality revenue management processes and communications consistently.
- Build strong relationships with brand partners' revenue teams to ensure continuous learning of their revenue and pricing strategies.
- Adhere to all company procedures regarding targeting, measuring, and reporting.
- Promote the company’s image and the hotels by providing exceptional customer care standards both internally and externally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in Revenue Management with a demonstrated ability to enhance market share and achieve budget objectives.
- Fully proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality and travel sectors.
- Capable of functioning independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of the hotel portfolio.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with strong IT skills including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
