About the Role
We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a keen eye for detail. As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers, educating them on our fragrances and helping them find the perfect scent.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere in-store
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our fragrances and products
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business results
- Participate in in-store events and visual merchandising to create an engaging customer experience
