Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at Joules. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising and display of products in the store.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
