Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Corporate Associate to join our client's team. As a key member of the Corporate team, you will be responsible for working on high-profile deals, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the firm's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and joint ventures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored advice and solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's corporate practice, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm or corporate finance environment.
  • Excellent technical ability, with strong drafting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong client relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business operations.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and organized with keen attention to detail.
