Job Description

We are seeking reliable and experienced Class 1 HGV drivers to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As a Class 1 HGV driver, you will be responsible for completing 3-6 drops/collections a day on runs of palletised goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering and collecting palletised goods in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensuring all goods are delivered on time and in good condition
  • Maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle
  • Following all relevant health and safety procedures
  • Working closely with our logistics team to ensure smooth delivery operations

Requirements:

  • Driving licence with HGV 1 entitlements (at least 6 months)
  • In date tacho and CPC
  • Be over the age of 25
  • Have no more than 6 points on licence
  • Be hard working, punctual, and reliable

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £15.00
  • A temporary contract with the possibility of extension
  • A Monday to Friday schedule with shifts usually starting at around 08:00 and lasting 10 hours
