The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine servicing and response repairs to electrical services equipment, including fault diagnosis and rectification. They will also undertake day-to-day maintenance and repair of building services installations, including lighting, power, emergency lighting systems, energy conservation, heating controls, hot water systems, and renewable systems.
The ideal candidate will have a Time Served Electrical Apprenticeship, 18th Edition qualification with amendment, and City & Guilds Electrical Inspection & Testing (2391) certification. They will also have experience of commercial and light industrial installation practices, including single and three-phase electrical systems.
