Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ISS. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking general building duties, including planned and reactive building maintenance, installation works, and completion of maintenance and reactive job sheets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake planned and reactive building maintenance, including general and specialist tasks, as directed and scheduled by the Engineering Helpdesk/Coordinator/Supervisor.
  • Perform installation works associated with building maintenance, including general and specialist tasks.
  • Complete maintenance and reactive job sheets, as issued and scheduled by the Engineering Helpdesk/Coordinator/Supervisor.
  • Submit weekly time sheets and service report sheets to the Engineering Helpdesk/Coordinator/Supervisor for all PPM and reactive works done during a given period.
  • Undertake general building services works as necessary on any site designated by the Engineering Helpdesk/Coordinator/Supervisor.
  • Complete all log books and service report sheets as required per site.
  • Report any defects found during maintenance or service attendance.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, including the appropriate use of Personnel Protective Equipment in carrying out duties.
  • Wear the company-supplied uniform at all times.

Requirements

  • Trade qualification, City & Guilds, or recognised apprenticeship.
  • 18th Edition qualification.
  • Proven track record showing competency around LV/HV Electrical Systems.
  • Experience of building services, including operation of PPM systems.
  • Experience on electrical installations.
  • L8 awareness on Hot & Cold water systems.
