About the Role

Oculus Legal Group is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join our team in Birmingham. Our Private Client department is known for providing exceptional legal advice, handling a wide range of matters including Tax & Estate Planning, Wills & Probate, Trusts, and Court of Protection cases.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Private Client work, with a strong background in Tax & Estate Planning, Wills & Probate, Trusts, and Court of Protection. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing wills and lasting powers of attorney
  • Obtaining grants of probate
  • Advising on estate planning, tax, and trusts
  • Managing a range of other Private Client matters
