Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Treasury Assistant to support a prominent client in enhancing their financial operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Group Finance Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the treasury department, including cash distribution, branch cash oversight, bank reconciliations, and forecasting cash flow along with budget management.
  • Develop and sustain robust working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance to treasury team members to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee payment budget allocations to ensure timely supplier payments in accordance with agreed terms.
  • Proactively address branch cash inquiries to minimize disruptions and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure weekly reconciliation of all bank accounts, preparing them for monthly reviews.
  • Manage all email communications within the treasury function to maintain organization.
  • Take a proactive role in the implementation of new systems and processes, particularly in integrating group treasury functions.

Candidate Profile:
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for building relationships.
