Job Description

This Senior Process Improvement role is a key position within our organization, working on a site investing millions into expansion and upgrades across the operation. In addition to the salary of up to £75,000, benefits include an annual bonus, 10% employer contribution to pension, private health care, life assurance, 28 days holiday plus stats and more.

Taking this opportunity as Senior Process Improvement Specialist would mean working for a leading global producer of chemical products. This is a critical role within a key manufacturing company relied on by many industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead capital projects from conception and ensure the approval, design, procurement, construction and commissioning of capital projects.
  • Managing teams of Project staff to ensure CAPEX of multi million pound projects is delivered successfully.
  • Carry out plant investigation and improvements.
  • Managing a team of Project Specialists assisting them through the all stages of the project lifecycle and ensure maximum performance.
  • Engaging in a professional development programme to support with progression through the company.

Requirements:

  • An established technical background with experience working on a chemical site (ideally COMAH) is required.
  • The minimum qualification for this role is a Chemical Senior Process Engineering degree or equivalent and 10+ years' experience.
