This Senior Process Improvement role is a key position within our organization, working on a site investing millions into expansion and upgrades across the operation. Taking this opportunity as Senior Process Improvement Specialist would mean working for a leading global producer of chemical products. This is a critical role within a key manufacturing company relied on by many industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead capital projects from conception and ensure the approval, design, procurement, construction and commissioning of capital projects.
- Managing teams of Project staff to ensure CAPEX of multi million pound projects is delivered successfully.
- Carry out plant investigation and improvements.
- Managing a team of Project Specialists assisting them through the all stages of the project lifecycle and ensure maximum performance.
- Engaging in a professional development programme to support with progression through the company.
Requirements:
- An established technical background with experience working on a chemical site (ideally COMAH) is required.
- The minimum qualification for this role is a Chemical Senior Process Engineering degree or equivalent and 10+ years' experience.
