Role: Project ManagerKey Responsibilities:- Facilitate and oversee operational functions within the QSP division
- Develop and monitor project timelines
- Manage resource allocation
- Prepare financial reports
- Organize meetings
- Ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate quality assurance and quality control
- Engage with primary stakeholders beyond the QSP division
Essential
- Degree or higher qualification
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management software and financial analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal training or experience in project management
- Background in collaborating with scientific professionals
- Understanding of research and development processes in the pharmaceutical sector
- Experience with diverse teams across various locations
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Mavenlink and Salesforce or similar platforms
