About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Domestic Team as a Domestic Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our home maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out daily and weekly cleaning routines, including dusting, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming
  • Clean and tidy designated areas around the home, including bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, and offices
  • Use equipment such as carpet cleaning machines to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Support with washing and drying laundry, as required
  • Report any breakages, damage, defects, or hazards to the management team
  • Build trust and promote choice, dignity, and independence among our residents

We are looking for someone who is kind, caring, and understanding, with a keen eye for detail and excellent housekeeping skills. You should be an excellent team player, passionate about high standards of cleanliness, and have a positive attitude with a can-do approach.
