Anaesthetic Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anaesthetic Specialist to join our team at the Isle of Wight NHS Trust. As a key member of our Anaesthetic Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anaesthetic services to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide anaesthetic services for general, ophthalmic, maxilla-facial, ENT, urological, orthopaedics, and gynaecological surgery.
- Work closely with the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team to provide critical care services to patients.
- Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and contribute to the development of high-quality care standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, including pharmacy, microbiology, dietitians, and physiotherapists, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Contribute to the education and training of medical students, junior doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
