Job Overview

**Corporate Commercial Solicitor Role**

Venn Group is seeking a skilled Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their team. As a key member of the firm, you will be responsible for managing and developing an existing caseload of varied and high-quality matters with existing clientele, supervising junior members within the team, and driving business development to gain new clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop an existing caseload of complex and high-value matters
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure seamless delivery of client work
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and grow revenue
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of PQE in Corporate or Commercial Law
  • Proven track record of fee earning and client development skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload
