This is an exciting opportunity for a senior marketing professional to drive targeted work-winning activity via national marketing campaigns. From small-scale or shorter-term projects that elevate new products, services, and thought leadership themes, to larger, longer-term strategic campaigns that position the business at an industry level, the role is varied, creative, and integral to the marketing function.
The role is supported by outstanding graphic design/brand and content management teams.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute campaigns of all scales across multiple marketing channels.
- Develop and implement external campaigns that position the business appropriately in the market.
- Manage the execution of campaign activities, including developing angles and key messaging, advising on channels and program, and defining target audiences.
- Campaign measurement, including tracking ROI, demonstrating brand growth, and work won is key to the role.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Director to agree how each campaign will be rolled out.
- Develop and implement internal campaigns that support campaign management programs in the business.
- Work closely with the Innovation Delivery team and other stakeholders involved in major change management programs.
- 10+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a professional services environment.
- A proven track record in developing strategic initiatives.
- People management experience and building teams.
- A hunger for driving marketing activity that demonstrates tangible sales value and brand awareness.
- Demonstrable experience leading campaigns and/or marketing activity that utilize the whole marketing mix, with a keen eye for digital marketing channels and practices.
- CRM management and reporting experience, ideally within using HubSpot.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, curiosity, and the willingness to work as a team player.
- Energy, enthusiasm, positivity, and a can-do attitude.
