Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our residential Lettings team at Connells.

About the Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Progress lets through to exchange and completion
Requirements:
  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care/service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold a Full UK driving license
