Job Title: AI Data Supervisor

At ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking a highly skilled AI Data Supervisor to lead our enterprise analytics functions and data platform strategy. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms across Finance, Commercial, and R&D/Labs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Data & Platform Team: Manage a high-performing team of Data Engineers, Data and Solution Architects, and ensure that the data infrastructure supports advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning initiatives.
  • Build & Delivery Data Strategy: Develop and implement the organization's enterprise data strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs across Finance, Commercial, and R&D/Labs functions.
  • Build & Scale Data Infrastructure: Oversee the development and optimization of robust, scalable data platforms, leveraging best-in-class platforms like Azure, Databricks, and other cloud technologies.
  • Data Asset Creation & Cataloging: Lead efforts to create, manage, and catalogue high-quality, reusable data assets, ensuring data governance and data quality standards are enforced across the organization.
  • Collaborate with AI & Analytics Teams: Partner with AI and analytics delivery teams to ensure data availability, integration, and scalability for AI models, advanced analytics, and machine learning efforts.
  • Ensure Data Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce data security, privacy, and compliance protocols to safeguard sensitive information across enterprise functions.
