Job Title: Bank/Casual Front of House Tutor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Tutor to join our team at The Aurora Group. As a Bank/Casual Front of House Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering vocational training that supports business needs and develops the highest professional standards within Front of House.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, deliver, and evaluate inspiring, engaging, and individualized sessions of the highest quality that challenge and stretch every student.
  • Support students professionally, effectively, and sensitively in their learning, and manage student behavior, seeking further advice and guidance where appropriate.
  • Deliver professional, inspiring, and engaging sessions that motivate and engage students throughout.
  • Plan and prepare robust and professional assessments, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely completion of tracking and reports.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and teams to analyze student performance and ensure progress commensurate with ability.
  • Provide professional, timely, and effective feedback to students, with appropriate strategies to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Education or equivalent.
  • Experience in vocational training.
  • Skills to work within a Front of House role.
  • Knowledge of assessing skills and knowledge using RARPA.
  • Ability to confidently lead students and Learning Support Practitioners within vocational training.
  • Good understanding of quality assurance in an education or training setting.
