Executive Assistant to MD

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and engaging Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of a fast-paced, creative, and energetic organisation. This newly created post is a fantastic opportunity for an organised individual who will act as the right-hand support to the MD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary and Inbox Management: Manage the MD's diary and inbox, ensuring seamless communication and timely responses.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Handle essential correspondence, serving as the first point of contact for key clients, sponsors, and partners.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the MD, including preparing and running sales reports, producing spreadsheets for the wider operations team, and organising meetings.
  • Business Projects: Assist in coordinating various business projects, ensuring smooth communication flow throughout the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and engaging EA who is looking to join a fast-paced, creative, and energetic organisation. Working Monday-Friday 9-5.30, although a degree of flexibility can be offered. Due to the location, a car driver is essential. The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of EA experience and a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
