About the Role:

At Wood, we are seeking a highly skilled Pipefitter to join our team. As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems in industrial and construction settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, including welding and cutting pipes as required.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify piping system requirements and develop plans for installation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pipefitter in industrial and construction settings.
  • Familiarity with welding equipment and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of piping materials and specifications.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Commitment to safety guidelines and regulations.
