About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a CX Team Member. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing product knowledge, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on all products, including new releases and trends, to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and operational expectations
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current and upcoming products
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of retail experience, preferably in the athletic or footwear industry
  • Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results, driven by enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
