Position Summary: We are seeking a full-time Cultural Heritage Consultant to join our expanding team. This role is dynamic and diverse, providing essential support to the Engineering Line Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Securing necessary planning and/or building regulations approvals.
  • Overseeing and evaluating work performed by contractors.
  • Managing contracts and directing project activities.
  • Conducting inspections and assessments of client properties and sites.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal standards, including CDM2015, Party Wall Act, and regulations concerning listed buildings.
  • Evaluating the sustainability and environmental implications of projects.
  • Possessing a solid understanding of consulting engineering, surveying, architectural, and planning practices, along with an awareness of current statutory requirements and technical guidelines.
  • Exhibiting strong mathematical, scientific, and IT competencies.
  • Demonstrating the ability to think analytically to resolve issues and manage projects effectively.
