Job Description

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and safety of our company's devices and products.

The role will involve conducting thorough reliability testing and analyzing failure points at the IC, package, and board level. You will investigate the root cause of failures and propose design and process changes to enhance product reliability.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, operations, and supply chain, you will ensure that reliability requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute reliability testing plans to ensure device performance and safety
  • Analyze failure data to identify root causes and propose corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability requirements are met
  • Investigate and resolve reliability-related issues
  • Develop and maintain reliability documentation and reports

Requirements:

  • Strong background in semiconductor reliability testing and analysis
  • Knowledge of packaging reliability requirements for THB, HAST, HTOL, ELFR, etc.
  • Previous experience in executing reliability programs for new products
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field)
