Mortgage and Protection Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join our team at Countrywide Mortgage Services.

We are in search of an outstanding individual who possesses the necessary skills, attributes, and motivation to enhance our clients' experience throughout the mortgage journey.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-driven, and thrive in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating relationships with Estate Agency teams to deliver training and support.
  • Attracting new clientele and business while being driven to meet professional objectives in a results-oriented setting.
  • Guiding clients through the complete mortgage service, offering advice on a variety of products and services tailored to their needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to share best practices and foster enduring relationships.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Full CeMAP or equivalent industry qualification.
  • Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
