About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Management team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of an efficient and high-quality financial management service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial management and accounting expertise to support the Trust's financial planning and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on financial management and accounting practices.
Requirements
  • CCAB qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
