**Job Title:** Client Services Manager - Print Production

**Location:** London

**Salary:** £40,000 - £50,000

Hott Source, a leading print production company, is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, project coordination, and team management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Client Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and goals.
  • **Project Coordination:** Manage the entire lifecycle of print projects, from initial client consultation through to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met and any issues are promptly resolved.
  • **Quality Assurance:** Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure all work meets the required specifications and quality standards.
  • **Quoting and Budgeting:** Prepare accurate quotes, manage budgets, and oversee cost-effectiveness of projects while maintaining quality.
  • **Process Improvement:** Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.
  • **Problem Solving:** Proactively address any client concerns or production issues, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining client trust.
  • **Reporting:** Provide regular updates to senior management on client accounts, project statuses, and any potential risks or opportunities.
  • **Management:** Manage and develop a growing team and set a clear example.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong experience in a client services role within the print production industry
  • Brief management experience
  • Print production knowledge
  • Team management experience
  • Experience with estimating is highly desirable
  • A knowledge of a range of print types - including digital, wide-format and litho
