Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls, converting them into sales, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to secure appointments and drive sales
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Update and maintain customer records in our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Complete various administrative tasks, such as preparing sales quotations and managing the inquiry pipeline
    • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Commercial Acumen
    • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in using database software and other sales tools
  • Personal Qualities
    • Confidence, ambition, and a desire to succeed in a sales role
    • A customer-focused approach and a strong work ethic

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary and Commission
    • A starting salary of £28,000 basic pay, with uncapped commission and an expected OTE of £42,000+
