About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Manager to join our team at Reiss in Tunbridge Wells, Fenwick. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing concession team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-term concession goals and strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Manage the overall concession operations, including stock levels, visual merchandising, and customer service standards
  • Lead and motivate a team of concession staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the wider Reiss team to ensure seamless integration of concession operations and achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize concession performance

Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or premium brand environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
