As one of the largest AGCO dealers in the UK, we provide new machinery and aftersales support for renowned brands such as Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Valtra, and JCB, alongside a comprehensive range of complementary equipment from leading manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and managing a skilled team of engineers focused on agricultural machinery.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure parts availability and optimize time management.
- Oversee and enhance call-out management, ensuring first-class service delivery to all customers.
- Support the management of all service team operations and workshop activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with valued clients.
- Be accountable for the repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery, including tractors and combines from prestigious brands.
- Diagnose and resolve machinery issues, ensuring optimal operation in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experienced agricultural engineer aspiring to transition into a management role.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of agricultural machinery and the seasonal demands faced by our clients in the farming sector.
- Adept communicator, capable of effectively engaging with both engineers and customers.
