We are seeking a skilled and committed HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver to fulfill an essential role within our organization. In this position, you will be tasked with the safe transportation of goods throughout the UK. This full-time role provides a competitive salary along with benefits, including a night out allowance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle in accordance with legal and safety regulations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods between various locations.
  • Perform vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
  • Keep precise records of deliveries and working hours.
  • Follow health and safety protocols diligently.
  • Maintain effective communication with management and fellow team members.
  • Utilize navigation systems to plan efficient travel routes.
  • Comply with all driving regulations and standards.

Essential Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
  • Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is required.
  • Digital Tachograph Card must be held.
  • A minimum of one year’s experience in HGV Class 1 driving.
  • Good driving history with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Thorough understanding of UK road regulations.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, possess strong communication skills, and are willing to work flexible shifts.
