Key Responsibilities
  • Shipment Management: Coordinate the preparation, tracking, and arrangement of local, national, and international freight.
  • Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, responding proactively to client needs and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Offshore Fleet Management: Oversee the testing and certification of offshore container stock, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Terminal Coordination: Support terminal operations, ensuring that materials meet client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Sales Support: Engage in reactive and proactive sales efforts, working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Out-of-Hours Work: Be available to work outside normal hours when required, ensuring that logistics operations continue to run smoothly.
Essential Skills
  • Strong knowledge of North Sea logistics and international freight forwarding.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Full UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
  • Customs knowledge is advantageous, with the ability to navigate complex customs regulations.
