Your Responsibilities as a Junior Cost Estimator:

Assist the Estimation Team:
Help in creating precise and detailed cost assessments.

Review Documentation:
Examine blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

Team Collaboration:
Work in close partnership with various departments and stakeholders.

Client Interaction:
Engage with clients during the initial stages, providing guidance on compliance and project specifications.

Key Duties:
Foster strong working relationships with the Estimation Team.
Prepare budget estimates for construction initiatives.
Serve as the primary contact for the estimating team.
Assist with bid submissions and address cost discrepancies.
Organize meetings with clients, the project team, and other stakeholders.
Monitor construction activities and research pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure project expenses remain within budget and escalate concerns to the Estimation Manager.

Candidate Profile:
A minimum of 6 months' experience in cost estimation or construction projects, preferably in passive fire safety.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple projects effectively.
