Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple electrical projects, ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and delivering high-quality results.
  • Estimating: Conduct electrical estimates for projects up to £80,000.
  • Profit Management: Achieve pre-determined profit levels through effective project management and value engineering.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage engineers, ensuring high performance.
  • Sub-contractor Management: Ensure proper contracts and documentation are in place.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: BS 7671 qualified with experience in electrical installation.
  • 18th edition or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years as a Contracts Manager, managing projects up to £100K.
  • Skills: Proficiency in electrical estimating.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel outside London/South East.
Remuneration:
  • £55,000 - £60,000 DOE.
  • Working hours 9:00 - 5:00.
  • Pension.
  • Travel expenses/milage.
  • Full package discussed at interview.
