Job Purpose:

To lead the safe, engaging, and healthy execution of our children's activity program at DL Clubs, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members every day.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering a member-focused service and fostering engagement at all times.
  • Guiding the team to implement children's activities with enthusiasm and structure, maximizing participation.
  • Overseeing the execution of the children's activity program, including the Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes, and children's parties.
  • Ensuring all activities align with Product Briefs, Lesson Plans, and Brand Standards.
  • Maintaining compliance with the Children's Safety Guide for all services provided to children.
  • Creating a safe and healthy environment for team members and members, prioritizing children's needs.
  • Maximizing member experience, usage, participation, and perceived value through expert coaching, high-quality sessions/events, effective communication, and excellent facilities.
  • Engaging with members about their activities and seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Utilizing feedback channels such as Member Surveys and comment cards to enhance the member and team experience.
  • Addressing and resolving member inquiries or complaints proactively.
  • Recruiting and developing a high-performance team through effective induction, training, and regular reviews.
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise with fellow team members.

Performance Metrics:
  • Quality of service and engagement observed in interactions with members.
  • Compliance of children's areas with Health and Safety standards.
  • Response speed and efficiency in handling incidents or complaints.
  • Feedback from members, team members, and mystery members regarding the program.
  • Team performance in alignment with company values.
  • Adherence to operational standards and procedures.
  • Achievement of revenue targets for Holiday Active and Parties.
  • Meeting participation targets for children's programs.
  • Effective cost management and budget adherence.
  • Ensuring new child members receive appropriate welcome sessions.
  • Contributing to the club's family membership growth.
  • Regular visits from management for performance evaluation.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Relevant qualification in teaching, childcare, or sports coaching (Essential).
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership (Essential).
  • Experience in financial planning and management.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Confidence and energy in leading and managing groups of children (Essential).
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Effective listening and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
