Harnham is seeking a Lead Customer Insights Analyst to join its Analytics team in a leading business in the retail industry.

THE ROLE

As a Lead Customer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for long-term reporting and analytics, focusing on customer segmentation, customer lifetime value, and other classic customer retail analytics. You will work closely with various teams across the business to address ad-hoc requests, creating concise reports and presentations, and providing actionable insights and recommendations. Additionally, you will oversee the line management of 3 analysts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain long-term reporting and analytics strategies
  • Lead customer segmentation and customer lifetime value analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address ad-hoc requests
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3 analysts

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong SQL experience
  • Core customer analytics experience
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Previous management/mentoring experience
