We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic NVQ 2 Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our EYFS children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care and education to EYFS children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs are met.
  • Complete and monitor paperwork effectively, including observations, planning, and learning journeys in line with the EYFS.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and families through clear communication and effective handovers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless information sharing and maintain confidentiality.
  • Safeguard children and respond to their well-being, following appropriate procedures.
  • Be flexible in working across different rooms and settings to support the nursery's operations.
  • Maintain high standards of room presentation and adhere to the EYFS areas of learning.
  • Embrace equality of opportunity and support children with additional needs, working with outside agencies as needed.
  • Promote British values and create an inclusive environment for all children.

Requirements:
