• Lead and motivate a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve departmental targets.
• Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and patient experience, driving business growth and improving patient outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, external stakeholders, and other departments within the organization.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a pharmacist in the UK.
• Proven experience in managing a pharmacy team, with a strong track record of leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and patient safety.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
