Job Title: Freelance Mechanical Site Manager

Our client, a renowned mechanical and electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a high-profile commercial and residential complex project. This is a permanent role with a focus on managing the mechanical aspects of the project from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage all mechanical site operations for the project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  2. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, making informed decisions to optimize project outcomes.
  4. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet the required standards.
