About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Customer Advisor to join our team at JCT600 in Leeds. As a Sales Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional sales and customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
- Establish strong relationships with customers built on trust, ensuring all interactions are simple and transparent.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and branded communication with customers through all contact channels.
- Actively work to achieve and exceed departmental objectives.
- Follow all internal procedures to ensure all vehicles are handed over at the agreed time and in the condition agreed with the customer.
- Ensure all Brand standards are always adhered to.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a sales or customer service-oriented environment.
- A can-do attitude with a winning mentality, drive, and determination to be the best.
- A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Exceptional customer-facing and interpersonal skills to enable difficult situations to be overcome professionally and successfully.
- A valid driving license which is free from excessive penalties.
